“Tell me, what is it that you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
-Mary Oliver
This is an invitation to come home to yourself.
This is an invitation to feel deeply in tune with your own body, to sense your place in something larger than the noise of everyday life. It’s a time to remember that you are not separate from the trees, the sky, the wild things that Mary Oliver spent her life writing about. It’s a reminder that we are all made of the same stardust.
Through restorative postures, live poetry, sound, and color, you’ll be guided into a state of quiet reverence, held in stillness long enough to actually arrive. What follows is hands-on art-making, where poetry and color become a doorway to something only you can express, and you’ll leave with an art piece that’s entirely your own.
No experience necessary. All you need is a willingness to slow down and remember the wildness within.
Co-led by Gina Hughes, 500 hr certified adaptive therapeutic yoga instructor and stress management specialist and Becky Taylor, therapist, educator, and restorative storyteller.
