I’m an Adaptive Yoga & Stress Management Specialist with 500 hours of training and over a decade of experience with yoga.

I’ve worked with hundreds of people in San Antonio and surrounding cities to empower them to take control of their own yoga practice so they can honor the inner wisdom of their unique bodies.

If we are overriding our body’s signals to try to fit into a provided pose or practice, we are completely missing the whole point.

It’s time we stop forcing ourselves into the yoga mold and start nurturing the longest relationship we’ll ever have: the one we have with ourselves.

I’m a beginner at yoga. Is this for me?

Absolutely! The program is designed for women with all levels of experience. You’ll have lots of options to make each pose work for you.

What if I have an irregular cycle or am perimenopausal?

One major part of this course is self-awareness. Through personal reflections, you’ll be invited to choose the module your body needs. You can explore each part of the course in any order at any time for maximum personalization for your body.

How much time will it take?

Your time is precious. That’s why each lesson ranges from 10-30 minutes so you can optimize your learning during small pockets of time throughout your day. With just 30 minutes per day for a little over one week, you’ll feel deeply in touch with your body and know exactly how to use yoga to support it.

How do I figure out where I am in my cycle?

Don’t worry- we’ve got you! The first step in cycle synching your yoga practice is understanding your unique cycle. The very first lesson reviews each phase in your cycle and what to expect in the body physically, mentally, and emotionally so you can track which phase you’re in with clarity and ease.

When does the program start?

The program will be ready to access by September 19, 2025. The course is designed to be asynchronous learning, meaning that you can learn at your own pace on your own schedule.

The Balance Within: A Gateway to Yoga for the Feminine Cycle

Join us for a special evening of balance, intention, and renewal at Nourish Healing Collective as we celebrate the Autumnal Equinox and launch the newest online course, Yoga for the Feminine Cycle.

On Friday, September 19, 2025 from 6:30pm-8:00pm, we’ll gather in community to honor the turning of the season, a time when day and night come into perfect balance.

Through breath work, a Vin/Yin yoga practice, and guided relaxation, we’ll explore the dance between energy and rest, the masculine and the feminine within each one of us.

Crystal from Chrysalis Collaborative will also guide the group in a special practice with her masculine and feminine essential oil roller set to add a grounding, sensory element to our practice, and each guest will craft their own autumnal sage bundle to take home. We will close with a burning ceremony to release what no longer serves us and welcome the new season.

This event is more than a celebration of the season, it’s a gateway to a deeper journey.

The practices and themes we explore will open the door to the brand-new Yoga for the Feminine Cycle online course, which will be available for the first time at this event.
