Unwind from your week with a candlelit restorative yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and release stress. This hour-long session includes approximately 45 minutes of gentle, fully supported restorative movement, followed by a soothing sound meditation with crystal bowls and Koshi Chimes to guide you into deep relaxation. Surrounded by candlelight and other thoughtful details, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness and nourish your nervous system. All levels of experience are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and fully supported.
