Mindful Mother's Day Event Ticket- FULL DAY OPTION

Please join us on Saturday, May 20th 2023 at Government Canyon State Park for a day retreat to honor mothers. We will meet in a screened in porch pavilion, rain or shine.
Choose from the morning session only, afternoon session only, or the full day experience.
Half day experience- $50
Full day experience- $80
Morning session: Empowered through our Birth Stories (9:45-1:30pm)
Afternoon session: (2:30-5:15pm)
The event will include a variety of experiences including:
Yoga
Guided relaxation
Women’s circles
Cacao ceremony
Watercolor art affirmation
Mini sound bath
Optional Reiki
