Galentine's Yoga at The Sara

Join Invitation Yoga on Thursday, February 6 from 9-10:30am for a special yoga session to celebrate all the amazing women in your life, including yourself!

We will focus on themes of self-love and female support as we flow through a beginner-friendly yoga session, breath work, and a mini sound mediation to open the heart space.

BYO mat or borrow one from us, first come first serve.

Bring your bestie and celebrate together, or come solo and be prepared to meet some amazing new people to bring into your circle.
