During the event, you will have the opportunity to:
Flow through heart opening yoga, appropriate for all levels of experience
Learn about the research and science behind affirmations and the brain
Learn different types of affirmations and how to create intentional statements within the context of business
Create an original affirmation banner to take home with you
If it is available to you, please bring your own yoga mat. Mats will be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis. All other materials will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
