Summer Yoga Day Camp for kids ages 6-11
Dates: June 10-14
Time: 2:45pm-4:45pm
Location: House of Healing, Spring Branch
Cost: $200 for the week per child or $350 for the week for 2 children from the same household
During this mindfulness-based day camp, kids will experience creative yoga poses, child-friendly breathwork techniques, games, art, and hands-on activities to teach them skills that will last a lifetime.

Gina Hughes is a certified yoga teacher and long time educator. She has a degree in education with a background in teaching in public, charter, and homeschool settings. Bunny Bends: Yoga with Rabbit Friends
Join Invitation Yoga & Events in a fun and lighthearted all-levels yoga practice to benefit non-profit rescue Alamo City House Rabbits. Stretch, breathe, and find your yoga flow while the bunnies hop and play throughout the space. Hawthorne House Luxury Apartments: All-Levels Yoga for Residents
Invitation Yoga & Events welcomes residents of Hawthorne House to participate in all-levels yoga in the fitness center. During this one hour adaptive flow, participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies while exploring a variety of postures. Participants will leave the class feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to start the day. No prior yoga experience is required.
Yoga in the Museum: DreamWeek Edition
Join SAMA and Invitation Yoga in an adaptative yoga experience suited for all levels, centered around discovering compassion in our individual yoga journeys. We will flow, bask in a soothing sound bath session, and explore guided relaxation in the style of Yoga Nidra, an intermediate state between wakefulness and slumber. Plus, design your own positive affirmation card to take as a souvenir.

Homeschool Youth Yoga at House of Healing
Join Gina from Invitation Yoga & Events for a class geared towards the physical and emotional wellbeing of pre-teens. This is a perfect way to de-stress in a playful way. This class has a mix of movement and mindfulness, using fun yoga movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation as a way to re-connect with the body while also releasing stress. (Age range can vary depending on the individual student, with a typical range of 6/7 to 12/13.)

Share the Light Family Yoga Series
Join Gina Hughes from Invitation Yoga & Events at House of Healing in Spring Branch for a special class series for young children and their caregivers.
Share the Light Family Yoga welcomes caregivers with children ages 1-6 to a 60-minute experience which includes story-time yoga, breath work, songs, kid-friendly games, and lots of fun! Rest easy in an environment where kids can be kids, and adults can connect with others who are walking the same journey.
Up to two children are included per caregiver. Additional children are welcome with a Youth Class Pass.

Please join the Tuscany Heights PTA for the 3rd Annual T.H.E. ROAR on September 23, 2023 at The Club at Sonterra from 5:30pm - 10:30pm
This event helps benefit the campus to ensure the students continue to have the financial support for successful school programs and events. We will have special live-only auction items related to the school, such as a front of line pick up pass, a personal parking space, Principal for the Day, front row performance seats, and more!
This year there will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and drinks for purchase from 5:30 - 6:30pm. A plated dinner will be served at 7:00pm (this is included with your ticket) and we will be providing an array of desserts throughout the evening for you to enjoy while our Live Auction takes place.
Corporate and Family sponsorships are available for those wishing to purchase a table and receive special recognition by the T.H.E. PTA.
The silent auction will go live 48 hours prior to the event and be distributed to families so be on the lookout for that too!

Bunny Yoga with Alamo City House Rabbits
Alamo City House Rabbits is a non-profit domestic rabbit rescue founded in 2015, rescuing stray and abandoned rabbits in the San Antonio metro area, and adopting them into indoor only homes once spayed or neutered. Come out and enjoy a fun and lighthearted beginner yoga practice to raise funds for the veterinary care of our bunnies in need. Take a break from your regular weekend routine to play, laugh, and relax while certified instructor Gina Hughes guides you through a routine for beginners that is adaptive for more experienced yoga practitioners. Begin your evening with sun salutation yoga on the lawn, accessible to all levels of experience. Participants are encouraged to set an intention to "be your own sunshine" this season, recognizing that all you need is already within you. End your practice with a guided relaxation and mini sound bath, and then get ready for a cocktail mixology workshop with refreshing drinks for the hot months ahead. Summer Solstice Painting & Beginner Yoga
Summer Solstice is the official start of summer and has the highest number of hours with sunlight. This year, it is also the International Day of Yoga. To celebrate, Gina Marie’s Art Studio in Boerne, TX and Invitation Yoga & Events are collaborating to bring you a curated experience to light up your evening.
6-7pm Gina Marie will lead participants through a guided painting of the sun. All materials will be provided.
7-7:30pm Gina Hughes of Invitation Yoga & Events will lead the group in sun salutation yoga in a style appropriate for beginners.
The evening will end with an herbal iced tea reception on the lawn outside of the art studio.
