In this experience, counselors are invited to join Invitation Yoga & Events for half day workshop to nurture the light within.
Includes:
Relaxing, slow paced yoga, appropriate for all levels of experience
Guided visualization
Breath work
Journaling
Beeswax candle rolling with two small candles per person to take home
Sound bath with quartz crystal bowls
Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, and your own water bottle. Extra mats will be available on a first come, first served basis.
