Parenthood & Prenatal Base Package for up to 10 People

This base package is perfect for birth coaching groups, new mom groups, and baby shower experiences. Includes 60 minutes of yoga in a style of your choice (prenatal, postnatal, couples, adult/child), plus an additional relaxation method (sound bath, guided imagery, breath work, hands-on assist). This event will take place in the comfort of your home or at a preferred venue. Additional add-ons and a la carte items may be added for an additional cost.
