Moms and littles are invited to come to a special yoga class designed just for them (most appropriate for ages 1-5).
In the first half of class, sing songs, play yoga games, do story-based yoga, and learn how to make breath work appropriate for the very young.
In the second half of class, the kids will have a chance to play while the moms participate in a stress-reducing yoga sequence, ending in a mini sound bath.
This is a child-friendly space: nurse, change diapers, soothe big feelings, and participate as you are able.
Each ticket includes one adult and their children.
