January Glow Up- A Manifestation & Vision Board Workshop for Women in Business

Join Invitation Yoga & Events at The Sara Event Space for a special kick-off to the new year.

During this experience, women in business will learn:

The steps to manifest and how to sidestep blockages

How to embody your intentions through mindful movement

The “how” and “why” behind vision boarding

We will end with a special sound bath with five crystal bowls.

You will leave feeling empowered to take charge of your new year and lead yourself in the direction of your dreams!

Please bring your own yoga mat (mats will also be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis). All vision board materials will be provided.
