February Glow Up for Women in Business: Self Love for Leaders and the Power of Affirmations

Spend time with like-minded women in leadership during this 90 minute holistic experience.

This February, show yourself some love!

During the event, you will have the opportunity to:

• Flow through heart opening yoga, appropriate for all levels of experience

• Learn about the research and science behind affirmations and the brain

• Learn different types of affirmations and how to create intentional statements within the context of business

• Create an original affirmation banner to take home with you

If it is available to you, please bring your own yoga mat. Mats will be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis. All other materials will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
