Canyon Lake Sweat Lodge & Yoga Experience

On Saturday, May 27, 2023, please join Invitation Yoga & Events in a collaboration with Canyon Lake Sweat Lodge for a unique experience together.

Schedule of Events:

5:00pm-5:15 Bonfire begins and arrival

5:15pm-6:00 Potluck shared meal

6:00pm-7:00 Yoga & guided relaxation ($30pp)

7:00pm-9:00 Sweat (free of charge)

Participation in the yoga experience is not required for participation in the ceremony.

Please bring:

• A filled water bottle

• A yoga mat

• A towel

• A dish to share if participating in the potluck

“A sweat lodge is a completely free of charge Native American ceremony that is practiced in North, Central, and South America. It creates a sauna-like environment where people can meditate, share stories, pray, ask for advice, sing songs, and create space with people from all walks of life. It is an all-inclusive, non-religious, non-political setting open to all.”
